Villa Las Higueras, Fuengirola/Mijas
The villa is spacious with marble floors and built in a modern bungalow style. The location of the villa is in a very quiet and peaceful area yet just a few minutes drive to the beaches and Fuengirola town.
As you enter the villa through the main front door, there is a large living / dining room to the right, leading onto a sizable terrace (partly covered), barbeque, swimming pool, gardens and a second terrace. The terraces, garden and swimming pool are all south facing, guaranteeing full sun all day long! The living / dining room opens to the well stocked kitchen and on to the utility room.
The lounge has two large sofas (one with a pull-out bed), a fireplace and dining area to seat six. The lounge also has two large sliding patio doors that open onto the outdoor dining area and barbeque. Satellite & Digital TV is available as is free WiFi for internet access.
The kitchen is built in an open plan style with all of the modern conveniences expected. There is also a breakfast bar. The separate utility room houses the washing machine & dryer.
To the left as you enter the villa, you are faced with a hallway off which are the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a super king-size bed, air-conditioning (cold or warm) and an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have twin single beds and also have air conditioning. All of the bedrooms have ample space and built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have patio doors that open onto the second terrace, garden and swimming pool. Security wise (you can never be too careful!) the villa is fitted with an alarm which is monitored by a security firm 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Outdoors:
Sun loungers, wooden teak dinining table and chairs (to seat six people) are provided for al-fresco living. The outdoors dining area is covered providing shade from the sun. The villa is south facing and in addition to the views over the coast and Fuengirola town, gets full sun from sun rise until dusk. The private swimming pool is approximately 10m X 4m and there is an additional table and chairs on the second terrace.
Parking wise, there is off-street covered parking with a remote controlled electric garage door for convenience. There is also ample on-street parking available.

The villa is located in the prestigious urbanization of Campo Mijas, 25-30 minutes drive from the airport (25kms), 5-7 minutes drive to Fuengirola (3-4kms), 25 minutes drive to Marbella, 8-10mins drive to the picturesque town of Mijas (~8kms). The villa is also located close to supermarkets (El Corte Ingles Department Store (<5mins), Miramar Shopping Centre (7mins) and restaurants (<1.5kms). For the kids, there is Fuengirola zoo and the Aquatic park close by. For the golfers, there are numerous golf courses with Mijas Golf being the closest, approximately 4 kilometres away.
Prices include electricity, bed linen, bathroom towels, water and cleaning of villa upon departure. A deposit will be required to secure the booking.
