The villa for rent is privately owned by Jayne and Steve, therefore you get real value for money by dealing direct with the owners.
It is beautifully appointed and maintained to a very high standard, and positioned in a popular area of the Costa Blanca.
It is fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday. Bed linen is provided with a weekly change. You will need to provide your own towels. The villa benefits from two living areas for guests requiring there own space and privacy. The private luxury villa has a Downstairs Living / Dining room, kitchen, bedroom, shower/ toilet. Upstairs has living / dining room, glazed naya affording beautiful views, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower / toilets, one with bath. Situated only minutes from Calpe and its beautiful beaches, and only a short drive away from the resorts of Altea, Moraira and Javea. If you fancy something more energetic and exiting, the bustling resort of Benidorm is 25 minutes away by car, and can also be reached by train. The train runs every hour from Calpe to Alicante and Denia. Alicante is well worth a visit for its fantastic shops and spectacular sea front.
Terra Mitica is a fantastic theme park situated just outside Benidorm that can be easily found just off the motorway. This is only a 25 minute drive from the Villa. Casa Sophia is a very comfortable private villa to rent.
To secure a booking a deposit of 20% is required. This is non refundable. The final balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the departure date. A £200 deposit by cheque is required with the final balance for damages. This will be returned following inspection after departure.
