This wonderful spacious apartment is located on the top floor of a attractive two storey building in La Barrosa, Costa de la Luz (also known as Chiclana de la Frontera). We also now have a 2 bed apartment that sleeps 4 available on the same complex for larger groups (ref 253).

The apartment has a large private balcony with patio furniture, living room with TV, DVD/MP3 Player and CD Player, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, double bedroom and bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa-bed and for young families with a baby there is a cot/playpen available. There is also a private parking space with the apartment.

The apartment is located on one of the best complexes in La Barrosa and is set in elegantly landscaped gardens that are surrounded by pine forests. One of the loveliest aspects of the apartment is that it is just a ten minute walk to one of the best beaches in southern Spain, La Barrosa. If you want to spend your holidays in a Spanish part of Spain then this is the place to come. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol and the locals are all very welcoming.

We have an English speaking local representative who arranges cleaning of the apartment and bed linen and shows holiday-makers around the apartment. They are also there to help if you encounter any problems whilst you are staying at the apartment.

It is just ½ hour drive from Jerez airport that is served by low cost airline Ryanair and Britannia Airways. You can also fly to Gibraltar from Luton with Monarch Airlines. Other airports that are located nearby are Seville (1 ½ hours drive) and Malaga/Faro (3 hour drive), which can be flown to from many UK airports.

All prices include utility bills, the apartment is cleaned before you arrive and when you depart and we supply fresh bed linen and hand & bath towels. The only extra charge is if you want linen cleaned mid-stay and this is only £7.

30% deposit required to secure booking, balance is due 6 weeks before departure.
