This very attractive and comfortably furnished top floor, 3 bedroom apartment, is situated in the pleasant residential Al Andalus 1 urbanisation of Playa Flamenca, 10 mins drive south of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. Ideal for couples, family or golfing holidays.

The air conditioned lounge/dining room is well furnished with patio doors leading out to the balcony with sun canopy. There are 3 bedrooms and a well equiped kitchen. An external stairway leads to a large solarium for all day sunbathing and views to the sea in the distance. You will also find here a retractable canopy to give you shade from the midday sun.

There are 2 communual pools with swipe card access for the private use of residents and guests.

A Supermarket, Restaurants, Cafes, and Bars are all within minutes walk at La Florida, with the larger Flamenca Beach complex, including Spanish, Hungarian, Italian, Indian and Chinese Restaurants amongst others and various different type of Bars, within an easy 15-20mins stroll. Playa Flamenca also boasts one of the largest street markets in Spain every Saturday.

The golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within 10-15 mins drive, whilst the world famous La Manga resort is within 50 mins drive to the south, making it ideal for golfers.

Other activities in the Area include Tennis, Childrens Play Area, Bike Rental (with free delivery & collection to and from the apartment) and Go-Karting. Horse Riding, Water Sports, Water Parks are a short drive away.

Also, a new Sports Complex, within 10 mins walk, has now opened. Facilities include Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Padel Courts, 5-a-Side Pitches, Full Size Football Pitch, Jogging Track.

The numerous "Blue Flag" beaches of the Orihuela Costa are approximately 5-10mins drive, or 30mins comfortable walk.

Change over day is flexible due to the large number of airlines now operating daily flights to Alicante and Murcia. There is a small possibility that this may carry a supplement during high season.

Cleaning of the apartment prior to arrival and after departure is INCLUDED in the price. A mid-stay change of linen and towels for rentals of two weeks is also included.

Linen & Towels are supplied. Please bring own Beach Towels for use at the Pool and Beach.

A Security Deposit of €80 (euros) will be required to be left with our Spanish Agent on arrival which is returnable subject to no damage, loss of keys or excessive cleaning being required.

A Welcome Pack can be placed in the apartment for an additional charge, currently €15 (euro).

Airport Transfers can be arranged. From just €40 (euros)* each way we can collect your party and take you straight to your accommodation. Then at the end of your holiday, collect all of you from your accommodation and drive you back to the airport.

There is a choice of two airports, the nearest, Murcia (MJV), about a 25min drive from the south with the larger Alicante Airport (ALC) being approximately a 45min drive from the north.

The apartment has an air conditioned Lounge/Dining room with two sofas, large dining table to seat 6, TV, DVD Player CD/radio. The air conditioning unit also provides heat during the winter months.

Fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, electric juicer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bathroom with wc, sink, bath and shower.

1 double bedroom - double fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, electric fan.
1 twin bedroom - 2 single beds, double fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet & electric fan.
1 single/twin bedroom - single bed, fold down bed, double wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

Balcony with chairs & table and retractable sun canopy.

External staircase leading to large solarium with sun loungers, sun chairs, table and chairs for 6, shower and retractable sun canopy.

There is a new Sports Complex, within 10 mins walk. Facilities include Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Padel Courts, 5-a-Side Pitches, Full Size Football Pitch, Jogging Track.
