Panorama Golf Apartment 1a: The property comes completely furnished to a very high standard and is also fitted with an Alarm and Security Grills for your additional comfort and peace of mind. The property consists of a lounge/Dining area, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and a balcony leading off from the lounge, which also acts as the access to the roof top Solarium, which offers beautiful views over the golf course and down to the Mediteranean Coastline. The Apartment can accommodate 4 people, and is located 1st line on the beautifully landscaped course of Villamartin and overlooks the 2nd Green. It also has the advantage of being the corner apartment, and so enjoys views over the golf course to the side. The Apartment was completed in 2004, and has been built to a high quality standard.
The accommodation comprises: Living room, modern and tastefully furnished, there is seating for 4 people, with the added benefit of front and patio windows leading on to the balcony, English Satellite Television (Free to Air), DVD Player and ceiling fans. There is also an oil filled free standing radiator for those cooler winter nights. The dining area has seating for 4 people, with a modern silver and glass dining table and chairs. The kitchen area comes completely fitted with a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, extractor fan, & washing machine. The main bathroom is accessed off the main lounge area and is fully tiled with a wall unit, washbasin, bidet, toilet, shower and bath.
Outside: The front balcony terrace overlooks Villamartin golf course. The terrace also accommodates a patio table & chairs, enabling you to eat and relax outside whilst enjoying the views. The rooftop solarium offers a clothes drying area as well as views over the golf course and down to the coast, it is also an ideal sun trap for those that would like to do some private sunbathing. There is also a private car park in the area behind the apartments and a private residential swimming pool available for your use.
Bedroom No 1: Has a double storage bed which lifts up and reveals additional storage area in the base, 2 bedside units, built-in wardrobes with overhead storage and internal drawers, an overhead ceiling fan and en-suite toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom No 2: Has two single beds which can be joined together to make a king size or collapsed under one another for additional floor space, fitted wardrobes with overhead storage and internal drawers, 1 bedside unit and a overhead ceiling fan.
Entertainment: The Entertainment complex of Villamartin Plaza is situated just a 5 minute walk away offering an extensive range of Bars and Restaurants to cater for everyone. There are over 20 restaurants varying from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Austrian and French cuisine to name a few. There is also a fully stocked supermarket for your convenience which can provide all the necessities for the period of your stay.
Torrevieja: Torrevieja is the main local Town and is only 15 minutes drive from Villamartin, and is located 45km south of Alicante airport and 25km north of Murcia (San Javier) airport. Torrevieja is an old fishing town, but has grown significantly in recent years, and has now become a first-class tourist location. The area boasts over 320 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of over 20°C. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots in the area, as well as a number of historical monuments and buildings.
Oriheula Costa: This part of the Costa Blanca benefits from many glorious beaches of fine sand and warm water such as La Zenia, Punta Prima, Guardamar, La Marina, and Campoamor, the area also has a number of small and quiet bays with transparent water such as Cabo Roig. A number of the beaches also offer facilities such as bars and restaurants, especially pleasant on the lazy Summer evenings. The majority of the beaches have been awarded Blue Flag status, and there are a variety of watersports to keep the more active among us entertained. Snorkelling is a must off the large rock at Cabo Roig where you will find a large array of colourful sealife.
