This is a beautiful 4 bedroom detached villa, with large private pool. Panoramic views of Sea, Valley and Mountains. Set in an elevated position near the village of Orba, which is about 100kM(70 MILES) from the International Airports of Alicante and Valencia.

It sleeps 8 in 4 double bedroom, 1 kingsize bed, 1 double and 2 small doubles. There is a good size lounge and dining room, with patio doors leading to terraces and fully equipped kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs in the main villa, and a further bedroom downstairs which leads out to the pool. there is a shower room downstairs also.

Cooking and water heating is done on bottled gas. There is mains water and electricity.

There is a choice of several patios and terraces with plenty of shade and sun, and a large swimming pool with corner steps.

Orba is only 15 mins drive from the A7 motorway which gives uninterupted motorway driving to the French Channel ports and Channel Tunnel.

Orba is a self-contained village with a selection of banks, shops, bars and restuarants. there is a local doctor, chemist shop and hospital in Denia a short drive away.

Orbeta - The Villa is situated on the development at Orbeta which is 1k from Orba, which is a delightful village, the adjoining valleys are rich in Olives and Grapevines and local wine is available. The town is situated halfway between the cities of Alicante and Valencia and the historic town of Gandia is only a short drive. There are numerous fiestas in the summer months.



Mid week bookings possible, we are flexible on the number of days holiday booked, as you might find mid week flights cheaper and easier.
