Casa Campana stands alone in its own tranquil and very private setting of approximately half an acre of grounds in the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera mountains with its own private solar heated pool.
The villa has absolutely stunning mountain and country views and is not part of any development. The surrounding countryside is quiet, secluded and abounds with wildlife, goats and their musical bells, orange groves, mimosa and wild thyme.
The villa is south facing, and ideally suited for both summer and winter with many terraces giving the option for all-day sun or shade as required.
It is a short drive to bustling Turre Village with shops and restaurants, five more minutes on to the whitewashed village of Mojacar and its nearby beaches. Golf, tennis, watersports and horseriding all within a few minutes drive.
