Villa on the Costa del Sol, Spain: Spacious detached accommodation with 2 bedrooms, adjacent to owners own house, set in a 5000 square metre olive grove. Private terrace overlooking breathtaking views of the lake and mountains beyond. Fully equipped, well appointed and insulated accommodation, cool in summer and warm in winter. Ceiling fans to main rooms. Air conditioning unit in main living area. Large SOLAR HEATED Pool 10m x 4m with plenty of space for sitting/lounging including an area under well shaded pergola, as well as a gas fired B-B-Q and an (old)pool table. Ideal for a relaxing holiday either for couples or for a family, yet with good facilities for other activities within short driving distances.
Plenty of space for families to relax and play, locality ideal for walking or cycling.

Notes
Terms of payment are 25% deposit with balance payable 30 days prior to arrrival. The rates above are based on 4 persons sharing and additional persons will be charged at 50€ per week. WE OFFER AN ADDT. 10% DISCOUNT OFF THESE RATES FOR ONLY 2 PERSONS SHARING except in AUGUST.,XMAS & EASTER.
The maximum number of persons that can be comfortably accommodated is 6 plus 1 additional child.
Please note that check OUT time on day of departure will normally be 1030hrs and likewise check IN time on day of arrival cannot be before 1600hrs unless previously agreed.
Small pets will be considered but subject to a damage deposit of 250€. 200€ Returnable if no damage, (50€ charge to cover additional cleaning costs).

Holidays above Lake Vinuela

Chris and Julia, owners of this lovely house, welcomed us very kindly. They respected us and left us enjoy our holiday without interfering but where there whenever we asked there help. Nice house with tv, dvd and video and satelite tv. Good bathroom (even 2 of them) with bath and the other one with shower. 2 bedrooms en 2 sleeping couches in the living room so lots of sleeping places. Babybed available and also a babyseat. It was very hot in May and we needed the ceiling fan which took care of cooling down the living room. Big gas BBQ on the terrace. Pool is solar heated (so not only direct sunheath on the polwater but also heating through tubes with water on the roof which coveres the patio). Great pool with protection for the children. So, fantastic place for a family vacation. Chris and Julia have 2 dogs and a cat which is wonderful for children. Velez-Malaga nearby (12 km)for shopping, several big supermarkets nearby. Torre del Mar is at 20 min drive (beach, nice market on Thursday). Lots of nice places to eat cheap and good.

Very peaceful and relaxing in spectacular surroundings. Very good weather, considering middle of January. Restaurants okay, but disapointing. Good location for touring the area.

Had a really great week here. Villa is lovely and the surroundings also. Very peaceful. The owners are great and very welcoming and helpful. Accommodation is as described and matched our expectations. Our two little girls loved the pool and the various swim toys provided.
