The Apartment

A spacious, luxurious ground floor apartment with a large terrace, all modern amenities, separate shower room and ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom. The grounds offer attractive gardens, a large swimming pool with paddling pool, secure parking and a private entrance to the beach. Fully Air-conditioned throughout.

Bedroom one: double bed with built-in wardrobes, overhead fans and ensuite bathroom with WC and full vanity basin.

Bedroom two: two singles beds and a folding bed (sleeping up to three) with built-in wardrobes and overhead fans.

Shower room: separate shower room with WC and wash basin. It is situated next to the second bedroom.

Living area: large living area with 3/4 sofa bed, six-seater dining table leading to terrace and open plan kitchen.

Kitchen: fully equipped with all modern appliances - dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, eating and cooking utensils. Located off the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Terrace: a large terrace, catching the morning sun and afternoon shade, opening out onto a communal but private garden and it is from here that you make a short stroll to the private gate and onto the beach. A table and six chairs are provided for outdoor eating and two sun loungers with cushions.

The Apartment Location

The apartment is four kms from Denia town centre, with a bus stop right outside, is 200m from a mini-market on the same side of the road and walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants both on the road and beach side.

Denia is situated approximately a one hour drive from both Alicante and Valencia (both have international airports) which also makes Denia a great base for sight-seeing around the area. For children there are theme, water and amusement parks are all within 30-40 mins by car and for sport lovers tennis, golf, horse-riding and countless water sports are available in and around the town.

We also accept long terms lets so please enquire about availability and prices.

Rental rates include a generous water and electricity allowance, towels (though not beach towels), linen and one clean. Weekly cleans can be arranged at a small extra charge.

€125/£100 deposit required with the balance falling due 8 weeks prior to holiday date plus €125/£100 security deposit.
