Beamed ceilings throughout and full central heating. There is also a bed settee in the lounge so the property will sleep up to 8. Outside there is a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, a lovely garden with olive, orange and lemon trees, outside lighting and a beautiful covered leisure area comprising shower room, kitchen, barbeque and bar. So you can have barbeques in winter, as well as summer, whatever the weather.
It is within walking distance of 3 restaurants and only 5 minutes from Trabuco a typical Spanish white-walled village with a good selection of shops, supermarkets, cafe/bars, restaurants, banks and a beautiful plaza. It is very centrally located being just 40 minutes from Malaga and Granada Airports, 45 minutes from the beaches of the Costas del Sol and Tropical and 50 minutes from Granada, with its magical Alhambra Palace, and skiiing in the Sierra Nevada. Nearest golf course is in beautiful Antequera only 20 minutes away. Further afield the property is within easy driving distance of some of the greatest cities of Spain, Malaga, Cordoba, Seville, Jerez, Jaen, Cadiz and Gibraltar, perfect for a cultural tour. Also a perfect location for bird watchers, walkers, bikers and nature lovers or for those less active just relaxing round the pool!!
Children are most welcome and there is horseriding 5 minutes away where they cater for riders of all abilities and run special courses for children.
