Description: |
Duplex Apartment with kitchen and living areas on the entrance level with bedrooms downstairs.
Fully equipped American style kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, dining area with seating for 6 and living area with Spanish and some English satellite TV programmes plus CD/DVD/Video. There is a good selection of videos - all in English. There is also a separate cloakroom on this floor. Doors from the living area lead to a large terrace with seating for 6 under cover plus a small garden area.
Downstairs are two bedrooms - one twin bedded room en suite and a double bedroom and a separate bathroom. Both bathrooms have full sized baths with shower attachments. Both bedrooms have doors which lead out onto the lower terrace and garden where there are a couple of sunloungers.
The complex has a good sized communal swimming pool with views to the sea and a pleasant garden area with trees for shade. There are sun loungers and tables provided.
The beach is a five minute walk and has a small restaurant that operates during the summer season. The main street is two minutes walk where you will find a taxi rank and regular bus services into Palma. The local shops and restaurants are open all year round and there is a good supermarket and several banks. There is also a place where you can arrange day trips or car hire.
The apartment is ideally placed for sight seeing as the motorway junction is just 2 minutes drive away and leads either to the west and the fashionable resort of Portals Nous with its variety of restaurants and a marina, or east towards Palma and the Via Cintura, which in turn leads to all the major routes that fan out across the island. There are several good golf courses nearby and also a large waterpark. The airport is approx 20 minutes by cab and costs around 25 Euros for a party of four plus luggage.

Special notes
There are no supplements for bookings made over Christmas, New Year and Easter. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday but this is flexible outside July and August. Short breaks of a minimum of 3 nights are also possible - rates on application. Bookings of two weeks or more have a weekly change of bed linen and towels included. |
