This is a lovely well appointed ground floor apartment situated in a small two storey block. It has a good sized terrace which faces the communal swimming pool and well maintained gardens. Just five minutes walk will take you to Burriana beach with its wide selection of restaurants, bars and summertime watersports. Approximately ten minutes walk will take you to the centre of Nerja with its many shops, restaurants, bars and the beautiful Balcon de Europa which gives stunning views of the sea and coastline.
The apartment itself is very well equipped, consisting of one bedroom with twin beds, a good sized open plan kitchen / dining area and fully fitted kitchen.
Car hire is not necessary when staying in this apartment unless you wish to explore the many delights that this part of Spain has to offer.
A small welcome pack will be provided for your arrival together with bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels should you require them. An extra bed can be provided for a small extra charge should you require it.

Great value, lovely accommodation.

We stayed in this apartment, in Urbanizacion Bajamar 2, having shopped around for ground floor apartments anywhere on the CDSol. It seemed reasonably priced, and turned out to be a lovely, clean and well maintained place to stay. The urbanisation is pretty, secluded and the other guests are mainly owners so there is a high degree of vested interest in keeping the place to a high standard. The pool is great, the location excellent - 5 minutes pleasant walk into Nerja old town on one side, and Burriana Beach on the other. The town is geared up for tourism but retains character and is beautifully located, and the apartment contributed wholly to our enjoyment of the holiday. The owners were friendly, professional and efficient in their attiude towards us, and we do not hesitate to recommend them and the accommodation - and indeed hope to stay again.
