Verdemar 111 Holiday Apartments
This newly-built holiday apartment is first in line to the Playa Honda wide sandy beach within a short distance of La Manga, and approximately 5 minutes drive to the famous La Manga Club golf course.
The holiday complex has secure video link entrance, offers relaxation areas with palm trees in a landscaped garden, open air swimming pool, heated indoor pool, gym and children’s play area, and is in easy walking distance of a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. It’s ideally situated for touring the region’s historic sites, and also offers nearby activities that include water sports, golf, go-karting, horse riding and tennis.
Accommodation
The accommodation is well equipped with air-conditioning and furnished to a very high standard. It sleeps 4- 6 people and comprises of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a lounge/diner with sofa bed, a bathroom and fitted kitchen. There is a good sized sunbathing terrace with fabulous views overlooking the swimming pool and the sea.
All towels and bed linen are provided within the price and should you require cots, highchairs or rollaway beds, these are available for hire from our English contact who will also be available 24 hours a day in case of any emergency. You will also find a welcome pack on your arrival.
Playa Honda
The stunning sandy beach is within steps from the apartment with a beach bar close by. A promende runs the length of the beach for those wishing to take a gentle stroll. There is a water sports complex just 200 yards along the beach, offering a host of activities, including water-skiing, jet-skiing and wind surfing.
This resort is ideal for families and golfers alike, located just 7 minutes from the famous La Manga Country Club which includes 3 golf courses - 17 tennis courts - bowling green and of course the famous HYATT Hotel with restaurants, bars and Casino Night Club.
In Playa Honda there are three bar/restaurants, a well equipped supermarket, a baker providing fresh daily bread, a pharmacy and a childrens park. All of these are within a short walk from the apartment.
In addition this area offers fabulous cycling, quad bikes, fishing, tennis, go-karting and horse riding to name but a few.
