Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa on an urbanisation with communal pool. Located in Torrevieja and within walking distance of local bars and restaurants.
A large patio to the front (your car can be privately parked here) of the house leads up to the front porch with balustrade surround, which has garden table and chairs. Free car parking available.

The large lounge and dining area has TV/DVD & Radio/Hi-Fi. Air conditioning and ceiling fans large kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, iron and board, electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle & toaster. The back door leads to the tiled patio with table and chairs, looking out onto a large green area (1 Hectare).

The downstairs bathroom is fully fitted with shower, wash basin and wc.

The second floor consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms all fully furnished with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has double Patio doors leading onto a private balcony.
The second bathroom is fully fitted with bath, shower, toilet and bidet.

The stairs on this level leads to the large rooftop solarium with panoramic views of Torrevieja & Aquapolis Waterpark. There are sun loungers, table, chairs and a clothes dryer provided.

Satisfied Customer

We arrived late due to travel delays which meant our handover at the property was limited however we soon found our way around the house. The property itself is a bit tired but still represents reasonable value and suited our needs. We were disappointed that the advertised BBQ was not there as this was one of the features we looked for as we had a very small infant in our party. The pool area was excellent. It is a good 40 minutes walk to the seafront and not the 20 minutes we expected however the hire car came into its own. I'd definitely recommend having a car as the local restaurants are not really up to much, more bars that serve pub food. Overall we had a very nice stay and holiday.
