Luxury apartment in a quiet, sought-after area of central Torremolinos near shops, restaurants, markets, gardens, childrens’ playground, swimming pool and tennis courts. The apartment is south facing and enjoys the sun from morning till dusk. There is a free public car park very near. the apartment is a 10 minute walk from the beach and also 10 minutes from Torremolinos’ large Olympic swimming pool, 100m from the nearest bus stop and 200m from the tube station. Malaga international airport is only 4 kms away but is not in a flight path! A car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance.

Local activities include: swimming, golf (33 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions. Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada and Gibraltar is just over an hour’s drive away. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europes southernmost skiing resort) and marshlands crowded with flamingos.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Euros.There is an extra charge of €50 for more than two people. A deposit of €200 is required to secure the booking and the full amount is due 8 weeks before the holiday. The deposit will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked over for any damage.A discount of 20% is offered to people booking for 3 weeks or more during the winter season (November to March) There are no extra costs for electricity or cleaning.
