Luxury apartment in a quiet, sought-after area of central Torremolinos near shops, restaurants, markets, gardens, childrens’ playground, swimming pool and tennis courts. The apartment is south facing and enjoys the sun from morning till dusk. There is a free public car park very near. the apartment is a 10 minute walk from the beach and also 10 minutes from Torremolinos’ large Olympic swimming pool, 100m from the nearest bus stop and 200m from the tube station. Malaga international airport is only 4 kms away but is not in a flight path! A car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance.
Local activities include: swimming, golf (33 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions. Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada and Gibraltar is just over an hour’s drive away. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europes southernmost skiing resort) and marshlands crowded with flamingos.

The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift. It is suitable for couples and families and is wheelchair accessible. All linen and bath towels are provided, except for beach towels. The kitchen is fully fitted with grill, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, iron, and a shopping trolley! The living room has a dining area with seating for 6 people, sofa, extending arm chair, music centre, 30” TV, video player and telephone. The bathroom also has a bidet. The double bedroom has a 14” TV. There is an enclosed terrace with table and chairs, sunshade and plants, plus a separate enclosed terrace room, which serves as a second bedroom with a folding double bed. There are radiators and large fans to heat and cool the apartment when necessary.Extra charge of €50 if more than 2 people. |

Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Euros.There is an extra charge of €50 for more than two people. A deposit of €200 is required to secure the booking and the full amount is due 8 weeks before the holiday. The deposit will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked over for any damage.A discount of 20% is offered to people booking for 3 weeks or more during the winter season (November to March) There are no extra costs for electricity or cleaning. |
