Situated 3 km from Moraira town, in a select and quiet residential area, Casa Naranja is a delightful detached villa set in its own Mediterranean garden with kidney shaped pool.

It is the perfect place to relax and unwind with fantastic views across the valley to the mountains beyond with sunsets to die for.

We can be flexible on arrival/departure days and will happily give a discount for any long-term bookings.

The tasteful accommodation which is all on one level consists of an enclosed naya/dining room, separate large lounge with satellite TV, radio, ceiling fan.

The open plan American kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.

There are two double bedrooms (one double and one twin) There is also mosquito netting on the windows.

The newly refurbished bathroom comprises of a walk in shower and white suite.

Downstairs there is a utility room with a washing machine and a selection of pool items.

Outside, the beautiful gardens are completely private. There is a stone built BBQ by the pool and a large table and chairs for eating al fresco. Around the house there are also more seating areas should you need to find a quiet corner to escape.

Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and a gazebo if you require the shade. There are also pool lights for swimming under the stars!

Notes
The large communal pool and tennis courts (open from April to October) are for the use of Casa Naranja clients and are only a 2-minute walk from the house. You can enjoy a drink or snack at the pool bar.

This superb villa is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday. The centre of Moraira, with its shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the sandy beach is only a five-minute drive away. There is a small supermarket and highly recommended restaurant within a 5-minute walk from the villa.

A welcome pack is provided. All bed linen and household towels supplied. Weekly linen change. We ask you to provide your own pool side/beach towels. The villa also has the advantage of full central heating.

Car essential. Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets.
