Description: |
The villa is set on 3 floors and comes completly furnished to a very high standard. On the ground floor there is one bedroom and a shower room, which makes it accessible for the elderly or disabled, also on the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with seating for 8 and a dinning area with seating for 6. Also the lounge has a Sofa bed should you require it.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a full oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer and tall fridge freezer. On the first floor there is a further 2 bedrooms which share a terrace and a bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes. The roof terrace has great views and is ideal for private sunbathing, as it is not over looked. Outside the property there is a garden which is paved and the terrace has a shaded cover for those long sunny days. The property has 6 sun chairs and 4 loungers and a BBQ area.
The villa also has english TV/Satellite/radio channels, dvd player, mp3 stereo, Washer/dryer, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, Gas/Electric Cooker, dishwasher, Iron/Ironing Board, Ceiling Fans, Garden Furniture, BBQ, Fully Alarmed and Security Shutters, Parking . Fully Air Conditioned can be used also as heating in the winter.
Ideally placed for Families or golfers or a base for seeing the beautiful sights and the surrounding areas. The Villa is ideally situated next to the famous Villamartin Golf Course. Only 5-10 mins on foot and you can be at the popular and well-established Villamartin Plaza where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and banks. The highly acclaimed blue flag sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are only a short distance by car. This region of Spain is rated by the World Health Organisation as being one of the healthiest places to live on the planet.
Villamartin Plaza - The Plaza at Villamartin offers both young and old an enjoyable night out, with a lively multicultural mix of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Set among palm trees with a colourful array of resident parrots, you can relax and soak up the atmosphere! The 2nd floor offers yet more entertainment and most of the bars and restaurants are open all year round. There is also a small supermarket that carries many British products, including newspapers and magazines.
