Description: |
El Capistrano village is a beautiful landscaped village with paths threading their way between the whitewashed villas and apartments and awash with colour due to the well tended gardens. There are 2 stunning pools with poolside bars that serve both food and drink. At the reception you will find a well stocked mini-market, laundry,restaurant, 2 bars, and the facility to hire a car, book a taxi or hire a safety deposit box. You can book tennis or coach trips. For golfers a fifteen minute drive down the coast takes you to an 18 hole golf course. The whole village enjoys 24 security.
The blue flagged beach of Burriana is just 1km away and the Balcon De Europe in the town centre is 1.5 km. All within 55 minute drive from Malaga airport and 1hr 45 mins from Granada airport. In order to make maximum use of the low cost airlines, we do not operate on a specific start and finish day, all we ask is that you arrive no earlier than 3:00 pm and depart no later than 11:00am. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and built in wardrobes with a safe there is a bathroom with an over the bath shower, the fitted kitchen is open plan with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and a dining table for 4. The lounge boasts 2 sofa beds, cable TV, a CD/MP3 player, and a feature fireplace. There is a small terrace and private garden with 2 sun lounges and a BBQ. Bed linen and towels (4 bath 4 hand towels) are included in the price.

Special notes
We now except Credit Card payments through PAYPAL. A PAYPAL account is not required providing the card holder has an email address. There is a 3.5% surcharge for c/c payments.
N.B. There is no extra charge for easter, whit or school half term.
Winter lets ie 30th October - 31st March are £135/175 for the first week and then £100/130 a week for the subsequent weeks. Prices will increase to £110/140 per week for long lets from January 2009
