The Villa is in the Village of Benitachell, midway between Moraira and Javea, and within easy reach of several beaches. The property is entered through a gate onto the terracing which features a private pool and a separate shower area. There is an outside dining area, which has the benefit of being covered by a sun-screen on hot days, a spanish barbecue, and ample sun-loungers. The view over the valley is superb, and is especially enthralling at night, when the local town of Benitachell, and its lovely church is lit in front of you. Inside the villa, you move into a comfortable air-conditioned environment, with cool tiles and nice furnishings. There is a very well equipped kitchen, complete with microwave and dishwasher, and this overlooks the lounge, with comfortable sofas, and a widescreen TV, which receives BBC and ITV channels, and a DVD Player. The dining area features a dining table for 6 people. There is a cloakroom on this level, unusually, at the top of the stairs; because in this Villa, you go down the stairs to the bedrooms. Downstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One Large double, with a lovely feature shower room, and two smart twin rooms, which share a bathroom. There is also a laundry room in the villa, which is underneath the terracing. No expense has been spared in equipping Villa Santayana, and none is spared in maintaining it.Needless to say, there is a no-smoking policy.
