This first floor penthouse apartment at the Lago Verde Complex, is extremely spacious and has large picture windows with commanding views over Puerto Del Carmen and towards the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.

The apartment has a large open plan living/dining area and separate, well equipped kitchen. There are three large bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room. This bedroom also has fantastic views. There are two further bedrooms both of which have twin beds and share a family bathroom.There are also 2 double sofa beds in lounge.

There is a large, private sunbathing terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the spectacular views, with plenty of cushioned sunloungers. The apartment is on a small complex which has a large, shared swimming pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with ample sunloungers and is set within a well established sub tropical garden. Overlooking the pool area is an extremely popular bar with satellite TV, which serves freshly prepared snacks and drinks. Also in the communal area is a pool table,access to the Internet and washing machines.

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

In the evenings you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area youll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
