Living/dining room with TV, DVD/CD/MP3, modern furniture including 3 seat sofa and single chair, coffee table and side unit. The dining area at the rear of the lounge has a small dining table and 4 chairs).
To the front of the lounge is a large balcony with comfortable garden type furniture (table and four chairs).
Separate kitchen fully equipped with electric hob & oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and a small utility area with washing machine and drying space.
Communal garden and a shared large pool, complete with a small children’s pool.
LAS ADELFAS RESIDENTIAL is a small secure development of 20 apartments, with own car park, set in a quite residential area of Denia at the foothills of Mount Mongo. The Apartment is in the first block of the two blocks residential on the 1st floor to the left.
From the lounge balcony you have stunning views over Denia to the Castle/sea in the distance, and surrounding area, plus a beautiful sunset, the kitchen Naiha at the back looks out over Mount Mongo.
You can travel by air to Alicanti or Valencia, Denia being half way between both, approx 1 1/4 hours. Car hire is recommended, but we can arrange a pick up service, prices on request.
The historical town of Denia with its own castle - fishing fleet and large yacht club, is a good base to explore the local region with trips to Altea, Javea, Moraira etc and inland to the beautiful valleys and villages. You can also catch a ferry to Ibiza and Majorca (overnight stop is necessary).
There are two beaches at Denia, the small south beach with promenade is 20 minutes walk away and one kilometer north is the larger beach (14kilometres).
Local sports and activities include. golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, climbing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, hang-gliding, walking, horse riding, jet ski, coarse fishing, go-karting, aqua park, trekking, snorkelling, swimming, bird watching, flora & fauna, sea fishing.

For the kids. Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica theme park, Vergel safari park historic Spanish towns & villages are all within easy reach by car/bus.
Shopping. Denia has a classy tree-lined boulevard with cafes, restaurants and is the place to buy designer wear. The best selection of Spanish classic leather shoes can be bought here. There are also popular markets where many a bargain can be found. Large supermarket chains have become more prominent in recent years, Mercadona, the popular Spanish food outlet is still the Costa Blancas main supermarket.
Scenic Routes. From Alicante, south of the coast, to Denia in the North, there is a narrow gauge railway line called El Trenet, which is the best form of transport to view the areas magnificent scenery. Starting at Denia where the oranges and lemons are prolific from November until February, the train meanders through colourful groves, where you can view the fruit picking and packing.
BOOKING NOTES:
A £100 per week deposit is required to confirm booking (non refundable) remainder to be paid 8 weeks before departure - a refundable bond of £125.00 shall be charged to cover against any damage breakage or extra cleaning costs.
Booking in and out times are: - 4.00 pm to arrive at apartment and 10.00 am to leave, depending upon circumstances these times could be varied. And bookings are taken from Saturday - Saturday only in July and August.
