Escape the cold 4 weeks or more between October and May inclusive of Christmas and New Year and only pay £135 per week for 'The Penthouse Apartment' and £130 for 'The Precioso Apartment'. These prices are inclusive of all amenity charges, heating, linen, towels, beach towels and end of term clean!?
More than just a room, the Puerto Pinar Apartments give you the key to open the door to your own 'private residence' for the duration of your stay! Why settle for 'only one room' in an hotel when when you can have a minimum of 'five private rooms' at the same rate. The appreciation gained from a luxury lifestyle experienced by staying in one of our Puerto Pinar Apartments can not be overstated!!
Both of our apartments have air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer and heating to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible during the winter months. We also have English and Spanish television programmes via a flat screen TV. There is also a DVD player with many up to date DVDs available for your use.
Guardamar is a quaint old Spanish town, whose skirts are washed by the River Segura. It is surrounded by two natural salt lakes which form the Salinas de Guardamar. The concentration of salt and the temperature, combine to endow this area with a particularly healthy micro-climate and considered by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as being one of the healthiest parts of the world.
These stunning luxury apartments are situated right on the edge of an impressive pine and eucalyptus forest, known as El Parque Natural, which runs parallel to the beach of golden sand. A stroll to the remarkable natural beach through the forest via little pathways will take only approximately 10-15 minutes. There are many shops and restaurants just 5 mins stroll in the other direction. On route you can stop off for a cold beer and tappa at one of the local Spanish bars!
In Guardamar it is important to be able to eat out to take advantage of the long sunny days. The Penthouse allows you to take full advantage of eating outside as it boasts a huge fully furnished private roof top terrace with extended views over the magnificent Pine and Eucalyptus El Parquet Natural (forest) with the sea and marina in the distance
The terrace is fully furnished to include 6 sun beds, large table and 6 chairs. There is also a huge chimney barbeque; plus since the sun shines on the roof terrace all day there is a shower to cool down!!!
Our Precioso Apartment (number 40) also has a furnished balcony, which is bathed in sunshine during the afternoons and evenings. This apartment is on the third floor of the same building. It is fully furnished and equipped to the same high standard as the penthouse.
Both the roof terrace and balcony overlook a stunning large flood-lit swimming pool and gardens.
The apartments have 2 double bedrooms, one with single beds. We also have a z bed available for larger groups of guests. Both apartments are fully equipped to include satellite TV, washing machine, full size oven and hob, fridge freezer. All linen and beach towels is also provided.
Shops, restaurants, bars and a magnificent sandy beach are all within 10-15 walking distances plus there is a MasyMas supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Closeby there is a childrens fair ground and a lovely park which is called Queen Sophia. In this park you will sea black swans, red squirrels and lots more!
We cater for all ages, from larger groups visiting the area to take advantage of the splendid golf courses to families looking to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday, taking advantage of Guardamars 13km of wide golden sandy blue flag beaches.
Couples looking for a romantic holiday will also enjoy the magical atmosphere of Guardamar. Last year we had guests on their honeymoon and an engagement party! Nature lovers, walkers and cyclists are also able to enjoy the surrounding area and the forest.
For those guests who enjoy fishing the Guardamar beaches and the mouth of the river are a fishermans haven where you can catch fish for your supper! It is also possible to be taken out for days with local fishermen to some of the other coves in the area.
We take a special pride in providing for children, therefore we have an array of beach toys and childrens DVDs available for your use. A high chair,travel cot and baby alarm is also provided in each apartment.
You dont need to hire a car during your holiday in the Puerto Pinar apartments as the bus Station is also within 10 minutes walking distance where there are buses which will take you to every corner of the Coast Blanca. The local travel agent in Guardamar also runs a bus to major attractions like Torrevieja's magnificent water park, Benidorm Terra Mitica Benidorm Palace at an excellent price. Taxis are also very reasonable.
Also situated close to Guardamar are a number of major golf course -
Alicante, Las Ramblas La Finca Algorfa, Campccamor and Villamartin for golfing holidays. Villamartin golf course is considered to be one of the best courses on the Costa Blanca!

Payment -
We require just a £50 deposit cheque to secure the booking, the balance is due eight weeks prior to your departure. A £100 damage deposit is also required at the time of your final payment, this deposit is returned at the end of your vacation once the apartment has been checked by our representatives.
For those guests wishing to book whose currency is in the Euro, payment on your arrival at the apartment can be arranged.
Longer winter lets available -
Prices start at £125 per week for four weeks or more, this is all inclusive of amenity charges, linen, towels, beach towels and end of term.

The availability calandar can change very quickly and only relates to one of the apartments, therefore please contact the bradybunch for an up-date.
Larger groups of 16 or more -
Although our apartments together will sleep 11 people. We can cater for those parties which are larger as we have friends in the immediate area who also own apartments.
