Description: |
This superb Spanish villa, on the outskirts of the pretty seaside town of Moraira in southern Spain, is just sixty minutes easy drive from either Alicante or Valencia airport yet it is set in an
unspoilt region of the country.
This beautiful, spacious villa is set at the end of a cul-de-sac, approximately 1.5 km from the sea, with a large supermarket and beach bars at the end of the road (about 1 km).
The plot is large (1,800 sq. m) and private, the gardens being beautifully landscaped with covered walkways, lawns, waterfalls into fish ponds, mature palm trees and tropical plants, tended weekly by a team of gardeners. the 10 meter pool is treated weekly also.
Villa Lindo has been furnished to the highest standard. You only need to supply beach towels. A welcome pack will be in the fridge waiting. Our visitors want to return again and again to enjoy the beautiful house and peaceful surroundings. There is a Sauna to enjoy for the winter lets.
Not only is Moraira close by, with its safe sandy beach, fishing port, marina and
large variety of restaurants and shops, but the sandy beaches of El Portet are only a few minutes drive away. Within a twenty minute drive is Calpe - and Terra Mitica Theme Park and Benidorm only thirty minutes drive.
For the energetic, golf, tennis, horse riding and diving are available in or near Moraira
