On the sunny Costa Blanca, just 2 minutes walk to the sea and attractive promenade which stretches along the coast. A variety of sandy beaches within 10 minutes walk. Local, European, Indian and Chinese Restaurants, local and Irish Bars and Internet Cafes are all within 2 minutes walk.

This 3 storey townhouse sleeps 4, is fully air-conditioned and set in private gardens with swimming pool including a childrens pool.
Ground Floor: Large lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has an oven,hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, electric kettle and iron. There is a downstairs WC.
First Floor: One double bedroom with balcony; one twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and bidet. Safe in main bedroom. Bed linen and towels supplied.
Second Floor: Rooftop Solarium.
External Areas:To the rear is a private patio. To the front is a patio/garden area with garden furniture and umbrella.
The Area: Four Golf Courses within 10 minutes drive. Nature reserve and salt lakes. Terra Mitica theme park. Water-parks, sailing and boat trips. Street markets and large shopping complexes. Torrevieja which is 10 minutes drive is a genuine spanish town. Small alleys to explore, a wide variety of restaurants and a picturesque promenade along the sea front. Every evening there is a craft market selling leather, pottery, carvings and local goods. Alicante and Murica are large thriving cities well worth a visit.
