Description: |
The apartment is situated in a peaceful area of Guardamar only 800 metres from large sandy beaches.
It is a 30 minute drive from Alicante airport at 25 kilometres. We can arrange an airport pickup.
The apartment has a communal swimming pool with childrens pool, first floor terrace overlooking the pool. All 3 double bedrooms (one double bed & 4 singles) have fitted wardrobes. Our apartment is beautifully furnished including Satelite TV, Dvd, CD, fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and accomodates six people.
The town of Guardamar del Segura
Ideally located for discovering the south of the Costa Blanca. Guardamars climate is specially hospitable: soft winters, slightly warm summers and the sun for more than 300 annual days. The town is typically Spanish with an array of shops and restaurants. Only at 50 metres distance is a large Wednesday morning market selling everything from fresh produce to beachwear. The beach itself is one of the best on the Coast, with a brand new stylish car free promenade, exceptionally wide blue flag beach, water sports and beach side cafes.
