This newly built villa sleeps six, with two double bedrooms and one twin inclusive, fully air-conditioned. The ground floor comprises of kitchen, double bedroom, shower and toilet, and large veranda to capture the sun outside the front door. The villa is a corner site with a large enclosed private barbeque area, ideal for relaxing. There are two bedrooms and a large bathroom on the second floor. This leads upwards to the solarium with its wonderful views. There are two communal pools to choose from, accessed only by security card. , Punta Prima and La Zenia are all Blue Flag beaches just five minutes drive aPlaya Flamencaway. The golf course of Villamartin is five minutes drive, with Campoamor and Las Ramblas just ten minutes drive. Alicante and Murcia airports are approximately 35-45 minutes drive and car rentals or pick-up can be arranged on application. Our property managers will be pleased to answer any questions you may have and the Spanish Tourist Office are very helpful. A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the villa. All balances payable six weeks prior to commencement of rental. The villa must be prepared for your holiday, we ask that you do not arrive before 15.00 in the afternoon and vacate the villa before 11.00 in the morning. Special prices for long let.
