Holiday villa for rent in Moraira

This is a traditional looking Spanish villa but with all the modern conveniences. It has been immaculatly maintained inside and out and is an ideal place to have a relaxing holiday.

There is a lovely pool surrounded by a walled patio area to one side and gardens to the rear, there are several huge palm trees giving shade when required! The pool is sited close to the outside kitchen which is stocked with unbreakable crockery and glasses; there is no need to walk back to the house to refill your glass if you stay at this villa!! There is an outside shower and there are toilet and shower facilities in an underbuild below the pool.

The gardens are tiered and children have great fun exploring all the different terraced areas. There are fruit trees, lemons, figs baby oranges and even a banana tree.

The villa is spacious and is on 2 levels, the kitchen with granite work tops, has all the usual kitchen equipment you have at home and possibly a little more. The is an inside dining area and a comfortable loungs with TV, DVD stero etc, there is also a toilet at this level. There is a terrace off the lounge, where you can sit and soak up the view; its quite breath taking.... just take a look.....

The bedrooms are all generous, 2 doubles, one with large ensuite bathroom and double doors opening to give you a wonderful view of the pool and garden area. The third bedroom sleeps 4 with a double bed and 2 singles There is also an additional modern showeroom.

This lovely villa is less than 5 minutes drive from Moraira and is close to beaches, supermarkets and all that Moraira and the surrounding area has to offer.
