This is a beautifully traditional looking Spanish villa with all the modern conveniences you would expect on a luxury holiday. It has been immaculatly maintained both inside and out and is an ideal place to have a relaxing holiday with friends & family. Or, in the words of one of our guests "Came for a week, wished it was a month!! What a fantastic view and what a villa!! This is our 6th visit to Moraira and is the best so far. Thanks again for the use of the villa. Will inform all of our friends how great it is" Murray Family - Guests in Sept 2010.

There is a lovely pool surrounded by a walled patio area to one side and gardens to the rear, there are several huge palm trees giving shade when required! The pool is sited close to the outside kitchen which is stocked with unbreakable crockery and glasses; there is no need to walk back to the house to refill your glass if you stay at this villa!! There is an outside shower and there are toilet and shower facilities in an underbuild below the pool.

The gardens are tiered and children have great fun exploring all the different terraced areas. There are fruit trees, lemons, figs, baby oranges and even a banana tree.

The villa is spacious and is on 2 levels, the kitchen with granite work tops, has all the usual kitchen equipment you have at home and possibly a little more. The is an inside dining area and a comfortable lounge with TV, DVD, Stereo, Ipod Speakers and wi-fi, there is also a toilet at this level. There is a terrace off the lounge, which is currently being extended out onto a large decked area complete with lovely rattan sofas where you can sit and soak up the view; its quite breathtaking overlooking Moraira and has 180 degree views of the sea...

The bedrooms are all generous, 1 master double with French doors taking you down to the pool and a brand new en-suite shower room, 2 further doubles, 1 with additional single and a further pull out single to accommodate children, plus a twin room. There is also an additional modern showeroom, brand new (winter 2011/12) with Hansgrohe raindance shower.

This lovely villa is less than 5 minutes drive from Moraira and is close to beaches, supermarkets and all that Moraira and the surrounding area has to offer.
