Description: |
3 Bedroom - 2 double and 1 twin bedded rooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Large lounge with dining area, full size kitchen, utility area, Private garden with sun loungers and large BBQ, terrace with seating and retractable blinds .Small communal gym. Cot and highchair available.
There is a rocky beach just accross the road which is ideal for swimming off and from where the children will enjoy crabbing.
Also suitable for winter rentals, with log burning fire and telephone/ internet access.
Car hire is not essential, infact it wouldnt be worth driving to the beach but it would be a shame not to hire one as the area is really nice to explore.
As the house as every comfort and facility, it is ideal for winter lets.
The owner also lets out the property next door (not during Easter and Christmas) which is a perfect set up for families and friends who like to holiday together but who also like to keep their own privacy. The property is basically the same but without a microwave or satelite tv. The BBQ is a smaller, portable one and the terrace is shaded but does not have retractable blinds.
Not suitable for groups of young adults unless as part of a family.
Safe for young children.
Alicante airport 90 kilometres (1.15 hour), Valencia 120 Kilometres (1 hour 15 mins). Taxi transfers approx 90 euros (single).

Special notes
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Arrival 3pm. Vacate by 10am on day of departure. It is usually possible to enter before 3pm but as the house is booked out every week it is important to vacate on time. Cleaning is carried out on departure. Insurance is not included in the holiday cost and it is reccommended that you take it out. |
