On 45 minutes of Malaga Airport you will find the apartment complex
Mar Azul (building year 2006), located on the NEW GOLDEN MILE between Estepona and Marbella next to the chique 5 stars Kempinski hotel.
The complex lies front line beach and the old centre of Marbella is only 15 minutes away.
The pleasant outbound center of Puerto Banus (10 min. ride), the ski opportunities in the nearby Sierra Nevada and for the children the Safari Park as well as the Water Park are only a grip from the many possibilities in the direct surroundings.
Of course you will find in the COSTA DEL GOLF many beautiful golf courses with in palm reach (10 min. ride) the world famous golf course Valderama in Sotogrande.

The Living - dining area:

The kitchen is nearby when using the serving hatch. Through the glass sliding door( with a build in bug protector) you enter the terrace.
The kitchen:
The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and installed with Siemens equipment among others an oven, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, drier, citrus press, toaster and all the utensils you need to cook, prepare and serve full meals.
A serving hatch leads to the lounge dining area.
Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are also very luxurious organized with privacy and have each an own control of the music installation the same as in the living room. The master bedroom is en- suite with his own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms divide a bathroom. Two bedrooms are foreseen of bug protectors to the terraces. All bedrooms have large cupboards. The master bedroom has a safe.
Bathrooms:
The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The bathroom belonging by the master bedroom is foreseen of 2 sinks, separate toilet with bidet, wirlpool bath with shower and a separate shower foreseen of body massage. The second bathroom has a bath with shower and shower wall, a marble sink and a separate toilet and bidet. In both bathrooms are marble walls and floors in the best quality
Terrace 1:
The entire day (up till dawn) sun with a beautiful view over the Mediterranean and the 4000 M2 tropical garden, also a magnificent view over the lighted tropical garden and swimming pool in the night..
Terrace 2:
The terrace is complete covered and has a pleasant dining-room table (6 persons) and 2 extra seats for the late hours.
Terrace 1 has especially evening sun. The terrace lies on the southwest. With a view over the Mediterranean and the 4000 M2 tropical garden, which has been lit of beautifully in the evening.
The garage:
The apartment has an own secured underground parking with more than sufficient space and an elevator who will bring you to the second floor situated apartment.

Naturally you find here a beautiful cleaned beach with many possibilities. Laguna Village has 30 exclusive stores, 3 restaurants, a pool an a tender service for yachts. Naturally there are also many other beachclubs in the surroundings which you can have a lunch or a dinner or drink a delicious sangria.
The beach is family friendly and never overcrowded.
Waterbikes are for rent, as well as beds and parasols. Public toilets and guards provide comfort and safety.
