Sandy beach of Playa De La Barrosa and the Golf courses at Nova Sancti Petri.
The Villa has three double bedrooms, one en-suite and family bathroom.
It can sleep up to 8 adults with addition of a Travel cot for a baby, and the all-important Hairdryer! The kitchen is fully equipped with Cooker and hob, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Iron and ironing board.
The Living room has a double sofa bed, as well as seating for another 3 adults
A dining table & chairs, a T.V. (Spanish only) but there is a Video and
DVD player, with a selection of DVD’s and Videos, or bring some of your own.
The garden is secluded with own Swimming Pool (10mts x 5mts) Large Patio with B.B.Q. and Patio Furniture.
A low fence surrounds patio and pool. The rest of the garden is lawned with flowerbeds.
The terrace is covered and makes the perfect place for breakfast or to shelter from the mid-day sun,
There is private parking for up to 4 cars behind the gates located within the front Wall.
The Atlantic coast of Spain is renowned for it’s Long Beautiful Sandy beaches from Cadiz to Gibralta,
The area also has many Nature Reserves, Pine Forests, Various Water Sports,
Horse Riding, and boasts many Golf Courses all within easy reach by car.
Among the many historical places to visit are Rhonda, Gibralta, Cadiz, Jerez and Seville and the closest is Chiclana
.Jerez is the closest airport, or you may prefer to fly to Seville, Gibraltar or Malaga. Ryanair fly from Stanstead to Jerez and Easyjet fly to Malaga. The hire of a car is recommended, this can be done at the airport, on line or by phone, however, it may be easier to be met, By prior arrangement, via our contact in Spain, who will also do Some food shopping which will be at the villa ready for you to make that all-important first Cup of tea on your arrival at the villa!
