Very spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully air-conditioned villa with entryphone system, large garden area and within easy walking distance to an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. In addition, all windows are fitted with mosquito screens for your comfort. Outside, the porch has 2 reclining loungers and plants and is lit at night.

The large garden area is tiled and contains flowering Mediterranean plants as well as a wooden pergola, for shade in the summer months, complete with a table and 2 chairs. It also contains 2 sunloungers for enjoying the Spanish sun and perfecting that tan!

Moving inside, the very nicely furnished air-conditioned lounge area, which has beamed ceilings, contains a large corner unit sofa, coffee table, side table, lamps, rug and pictures. For your entertainment, there is a TV and DVD as well as Hi Fi/CD system, plus a selection of magazines and paperback books. The dining area contains a dining table, 4 chairs, wall unit and mirror.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and extractor fan plus plenty of cooking utensils. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and additional sink, airer and hoover as well as an iron and ironing board. The kitchen also has a portable CD radio.

From the utility room there are steps down to a shady patio area where there is a wrought iron dining table, 4 chairs and BBQ - which are perfect for dining al fresco! On the ground floor is also the useful downstairs shower room with shower, basin, WC and mirror with lights overhead.

Moving upstairs, via the wrought iron staircase, is the master bedroom which is air-conditioned for your comfort as well as having a ceiling fan. It contains a double bed, bedside cabinets with 3 drawers in each, lamps, plus a triple built in wardrobe with 4 drawers. There are also duvets for winter lets.

The master bedroom also has en suite facilities containing shower, WC, bidet as well as a marble surround vanity unit containing the basin and bathroom cabinet with overhead lighting.

From the master bedroom is a sliding door to a private balcony (which is lit at night)containing 2 sunloungers for sunbathing in privacy. In addition there are lovely, uninterrupted views across to the countryside.

The second bedroom is a twin and is also air-conditioned and has both a ceiling fan and floor standing fan for your comfort. In addition to the twin beds, there is a bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, lamp, plus a double built in wardrobe with 2 drawers.

The main bathroom is also on this floor and contains bath (with shower over), bidet, WC as well as a basin in a marbled surround vanity unit and lights and mirror over.

The pool, gardens and childrens play area are nearby and are for the private use of residents.

Within easy walking distance to an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets and just a short drive to the beautiful beach this really is a lovely holiday property for all the family.
