Casa Camprice
A beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house/villa on 3 floors with 4/5 person spa/hottub on solarium and use of shared swimming pool. The ground floor consists of a large open lounge and dining room with airconditioning/heating, large fully fitted kitchen and a shower room. Satellite TV in lounge and 2 bedrooms with BBC,ITV and Sky channels,Norwegian and Spanish. The beautiful marble stairs lead to the 1st floor which has 1 double bedroom with en-suite and dressing room, aircon/heating, 2 twin bedrooms and a main bathroom with bath/shower. On the top floor is a double bedroom with air con/heating leading out onto a very large solarium with a fantastic spa/hottub for 4-5 people, perfect for relaxing in the sun and having fun. The house is furnished to a very high standard. The well equipped, fully tiled kitchen has a cooker, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer etc., oak units with spanish granite worktops. The luxury bathroom and shower rooms are fully tiled. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, master and double with airconditioning. Outside is a patio area opening off the lounge for open air dining/BBQs and there is private off road parking.The shared swimming pool is nearby. The garden/patio area is enclosed and has built in BBQ.
The house,brand new 2005, will sleep up to 8 people. It is available all year round.
Los Estanos
This lovely, small residential area is located on the outskirts of Guardamar del Segura, just off the N332 main road. 500 meters from the edge of the town, where there are local shops,markets, supermarkets, clubs and bars and less than 2kms from the famous sandy beaches of the Costa Brava. Los Estanos has lovely landscaped gardens with fountains. It is surrounded by orange groves and pine forest. There are 2 restaurants, shop and bar 100m away and a local bus can take you into Guardamar. 5 more restaurants are 400m walk by the river.
Guardamar del Segura
Guardamar is a town south of Alicante, only 25kms from the airport. It is most famous for its lovely blue flag sandy beaches span for 14kms. At the mouth of the River Segura is a picturesque marina next to a forest and dune area, great for walking and picnics. The town is a favourite holiday destination for Spanish people and so has retained it’s Spanish atmosphere with plenty of good inexpensive restaurants. Try the tapas, paella, fish and seafood. There is a Spanish street market every Wednesday. Take a day sailing trip to the Island of Tabarca from Torrevieja or Santa Pola. Main towns near are Torrevieja(11 kms), Orihuela(26kms), Elche(22kms) and Alicante(25kms).

Whether you’re after an active holiday playing golf, walking, cycling or a relaxing holiday strolling by the beach and sightseeing, this is an ideal holiday destination. Relax in the hot tub after a days golf.
Casa Camprice is within 5-20mins drive of several top class golf courses, the area is a golfers paradise.. La Finca, Campoamar, Quesada, Villamartin, Los Ramblas. Try the tapas at La Finca or Campoamor. La Manga golf course is only 40 minutes drive away. Guardamar has plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Typically Spanish cuisine, Italian pizzerias, Chinese restaurants and even an Irish Pub. Its promenade is less than 5mins drive away and has ample free parking and plenty of excellent restaurants where you can sit and enjoy the sun overlooking the beach. With 14kms of un-interrupted sandy beaches, this is an ideal resort for all the family. Ideal for swimming within lifeguard/flagged area, snorkelling, fishing, boating and water sports. The lovely 14km streach of beach at La Marina nearby. In Torrevieja there is a water park, cinemas,bowling, shops, restaurants ,bars and local markets.
Prices are per week for up to 8 people. Bed linen & towels(no beach towels), water,electric & air con are included. Cleaning is paid locally on arrival. No smoking. Sorry no pets. Change over can be anyday. We will consider a reduction in price for less occupancy or longer lets.
Flights are widely available to Alicante or Murcia from most major airports. Car hire can easily be arranged to pickup and drop off at the airport. We can arrange for our keyholder to pick you up at the airport for 30euros(approx£20) Alicante per car eachway,50euros Murcia
