Two Bedroom Holiday Apartment
This spacious, ground floor apartment sleeps up to six people and is part of a small complex of houses and apartments with communal swimming pool. It is just 100m from the popular Villa Martin Plaza and 300m from the entrance of the Villa Martin golf course and is ideal for both year round golfing holidays and summertime beach holidays.
At the Villa Martin Plaza there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars and a very well-stocked supermarket.
As well as the 18 hole championship golf course at Villa Martin, within a few minutes drive there are two further championship courses at Campoamor and La Ramblas and a little further afield the new course of La Finca at Algorfa.
The closest of many clean sandy beaches are La Zenia and Cabo Roig both only two miles away. In summer there is a bus service from Villa Martin Plaza to La Zenia.
The nearby harbour town of Torrevieja, 15 minutes drive, has many shops, restaurants, bars and clubs and a huge weekly market (on Fridays) selling almost everything including fresh fruit and vegetables, shoes, handbags, clothes and linen. There is a water park and funfair, which are open during the summer, or you can book a boat trip to the island of Tabarca. The long promenade starts at the yacht club, goes past the harbour and continues along the beach front. It is lined with craft stalls, pavement cafés and restaurants and on warm summer evenings it is bustling with people enjoying the atmosphere and the street entertainers.
Within easy driving distance are the cities of Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena and the resort of La Manga.
The nearest airports are Murcia (20 minutes) and Alicante (40 minutes). If required we can arrange airport pick-ups.
Prices are per week and include the cost of cleaning and laundry.
