This new private owned villa, will sleep comfortably 8 persons. You will enjoy fantastic views over the Bay of Palma, enjoy a modern relaxed atmosphere, including swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, washing machine etc.
The villa has 3 double bed-rooms on the 1st floor, one with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom in basement with own bathroom, large kitchen/living area connected with a outside terrace/garden directly connected with the swimming pool area.
From the roof terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view over the bay,, and will be able to enjoy a evening barbacue or just enjoy a fantastic sunset.
Bahia Azul is a quiet residencial area with fantastic view over the Bay of Palma, and is located only 10 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from the center of Palma.
You will find 3 golf courses withing a 15 minute drive from the house, Es Trenc, which is the beach to visit when you are in Mallorca easy reached by car, and the night life of the Arenal area is a 5 minute drive away.
This year their is a brand new golf course in Marjoris "GOLF MARJORIS" just 3-5 min drive from the house.
Cleaning: 100 EUROS. Obligatory.
Deposit: 500 EUROS.will be charged on check in.
Payment Conditions: 50% on booking, 50 % 4 weeks prior to arrival.
If occupied by more than 8 persons. Extra charge of 100 EURO for per person. Max. persons.
