Description: |
The bungalow is on La Siesta (a quiet residential area) which has its own small modern aqua park just round the corner (great for kids of all ages and very safe). There is also a large bar/restaurant nearby which has a large swimming pool, gym, bowling green and entertainment. There are also shops, bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk. The bungalow is a short drive (10mins) from the main town of Torrevieja with its lovely promenade, blue flag beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and nightly market and the large water park Aquapolis. The hypermarket Carrefour which sells just about everything and the New "Habaneras Shopping Mall" is a 5 min drive away. The small town of Guardamar is a 15 min drive away which has a lovely beach, nice restaurants and a night market in peak season (worth a visit). Villamartin square is another location for a nice meal (15 min drive), it is a Spanish style square surrounded by bars and restaurants. For the golfers there are 4 championship courses within a 15 min drive. New for 2005/06 and within a 10 min drive out among the lemon groves is a large bar retaurant (EL RANCHO) has a large swimming pool, horse riding and nightly entertainment.

The bungalow has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge if required. The lounge has air-conditioning, cable TV, sterio/radio/cd player and seating for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a galleria behind the kitchen which has a washing machine and an iron and board. A large covered terrace at the front has a dining table and chairs. The sun terrace has a bbq and outdoor furniture and also a large retractable awning above the entrance. There is easy parking beside the bungalow and a good bus service to the town. Prices are for 4 people, £25 per week per extra person up to max of 6. Airport pick up and drop off service available. |

Special notes To confirm a booking a £50 non returnable deposit is required. The balance will be due not less than 2 weeks before your stay. A £100 keys/breakages returnable deposit is payable on payment of balance. This will be returned approx one week after your stay. For your convenience and to ensure the place is suitably clean for the next guests, a payment of 35€ must be made to the management company on your arrival. They will show you round the house. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the level of cleanliness please let the management company know. A deduction may be made from your deposit if you leave the place in an unreasonable state.
