Description: |
Casa Carmen was completed in November 2004. All furniture fixtures and fittings are brand new. You can bathe in the sun on the pool-side terrace, with your own private 8x4 swimming pool on hand for a refreshing dip. The master bedroom enjoys the benefit of an en-suite bathroom containing a bath with a shower attachment, a W.C. and a sink. The master bedroom also has patio doors which open out onto the terrace with views of the pool, the sea and mountains. The two remaining bedrooms are twin rooms, well designed and featuring fully fitted, in-built wardrobes. Between these rooms is a second bathroom containing a shower cubicle, a W.C and a sink. The spacious lounge is bright and airy, furnished with contemporary Spanish furniture. It is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The diner is open plan and well situated near the fully fitted kitchen which enjoys the benefits of a dish washer, fridge freezer, vitreous enamel ( wipe clean) hob, electric oven, and fume extractor. Outside, patio doors from the diner, lead out into the covered naya. Here there is a large table with six chairs, perfect for outdoor eating, playing cards or sharing a glass of wine. Then there are the two large terraces which are bathed in sunshine all day from sunrise till dusk, though there is plenty of shade to escape the sun. The pool gets the suns warm rays all day and is very inviting. The villa is all on one level and perfect for children and older people. Situated in the idyllic and very private area of Cumbre del sol, the villa is 1.5km drive from the local and very private beach. The local commercial centre with supermarket, shops, cafes and bars is five minutes walk away. The villa is just 8 mins drive from the centre of Moraira with all of its sophisticated attractions including the Marina and a plethora of up-market restaraunts, shops and cafes.
