Location:
We are within the prestigious Guadalcantara Golf complex. Our new luxuriously furnished second floor apartment is set in beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the 16th green and the 17th fairway of the Guadalmina North Golf Course. The community is gated with 24hr security. It is a short walk into San Pedro with its shops, tapas bars and restaurants. The beach with its tree lined boulevard is about 1200 metres to the south. Puerto Banus with its designer shops and marina is a 5 minute drive, Marbella about 10 minutes. The apartment is well positioned for golfers, with many courses within a 15 minute drive. You can walk to the driving range.
The apartment is 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport via the AP7 autopista.
Explore the history of Andalucia with visits to Marbella, Granada, Ronda, Seville and the White Villages high in the mountains. There is also Gibraltar for duty-free shopping..

Apartment Description:
The apartment has been furnished to the highest standards and is fully equipped as you would expect from top class accommodation for four people. The wonderfully light lounge and dining room is beautifully furnished with large comfortable sofas and a six seater dining table. There are coffee tables and sideboard with TV and DVD/Video for your entertainment. The lounge opens out onto a large south-west facing terrace, where there is a glass topped table and comfortable chairs for al-fresco dining.
The generous entrance hall has an attractive mirror and demi-lune table. There is a large cupboard for the vacuum cleaner and ironing board.
The large fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table is well equipped with fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The oven is electric with a flexible, easy clean electric/gas hob with extract over. The washing machine is in a separate laundry room. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.

The spacious master bedroom opens out onto the terrace via sliding doors it has a king sized bed, which can be rearranged as twin beds. There are three double wardrobes and a freestanding chest of drawers, providing generous storage space. A safe for your valuables is built into one of the wardrobes. The en-suite has a delightful walk-in shower and a separate bath with shower over, wc, bidet and a basin in a marble top.
The comfortable guest bedroom has twin beds and two double wardrobes with hanging space and drawers. The bathroom adjacent has a bath with shower over, wc, bidet and a basin set in a marble top.
Outside there are three swimming pools each with an adjoining children¡¦s pool, these are set within beautiful landscaped gardens facing south with plenty of space for sunbathing. A fully fitted gymnasium is available to all.

There are many attractions within easy reach;
* The beach is a few minutes drive or perhaps walk. There are a variety of
watersports available from jetskis to kite-surfing.
Just lie on the sand and soak up the sun or walk along the 1km long,
tree-lined boulevard to Puerto Banus. You have the option of shady
picnic areas or the small bars/restaurants.
* Visit the beautiful old town of Marbella, taking time to wander through
its narrow streets. Do have a drink or an evening meal in the
atmospheric Orange Square.
* Granada with the beautiful historic Alhambra Palace.
* Skiing in the Sierra Nevada which is above Granada. Even worth a visit in
summer when there is often snow still on the ground.
* Selwo Animal Park towards Estepona
* Tivoliworld at Benalmadena
* Horseriding in Estepona
* Seaworld Aquarium
* Sailing or cruising from Puerto Banus.
* Golf is a major attraction with a range of fantastic courses from the
parkland vistas of Atalaya to the tough challenges of Valderama. There
are over 30 courses between Sotogrande and Malaga. We can arrange
for discounted green fees should this be of interest.

All linen is provided with bath and hand towels, but not swimming towels.

Jerez and Granada are 90 mins and Seville is 2hrs.
All are accessible via the motorway system.
