The Location
A large two bedroomed apartment, in a beautifully kept complex which is located on the beach. The location of the complex is perfectly positioned approx. halfway between Puerto Banus and Estepona - which allows you the best of both worlds. The 10 min drive to Puerto Banus, allows you enjoy the spectacular and famous Marina where you can enjoy the many buzzing Bars, Restaurants and Shopping Malls available. And then on the opposite side of the complex, you will in 5/10 mins find yourself in the beautiful oldtown of Estepona, which again provides you with an abundance of Restaurants, Bars and Shopping areas both in the Marina and the exquisite oldtown. Other locations which are easily accesable to you include; Marbella, San Pedro, Rhonda, Puerto La Duquesa, Casares and very close by (10/15 mins) the amazing untouched Pueblo of Benahavis. This apartment complex is perfectly located to allow you explore the best of South Spain.
Hacienda Beach is easy to reach by car, and is approx. 45 mins drive from Malaga & Gibratar Airports. It is located at Km 160 on the N340 coast road.
The Apartment
The apartment is airconditioned and suitable for 4/5 people. This apartment is south facing which allows you enjoy leisurely time dining on the balcony (which is equipped with outdoor dining furniture) Included in the apartment is a fully fitted kitchen and extremely comfortable living and dining room furniture for you to enjoy some relaxing carefree evenings.
The Complex
Included in the complex is a large Swimming Pool, a childrens pool, tennis courts, car parking, Pool bar and direct access to the beautiful beach where you will find a Chiringuito Restaurant and facility to hire paddling boats.
The complex has become a second home to many regular return guests who have fallen for the luxurious, private, perfect location with its key feature of course - it is sitting right on that beach - so you can soak up the sunshine while being able to tip in and out of the beautiful Mediteranian Sea.
The Local Activities & Sports
Activities available & in close proximity are an abundance of spectacular and championship Golf Courses, Water Skiing, Sailing, Boules and Beach Volleyball among others. Snow Skiiing is also a popular pasttime in season - which is within 2/3 hrs drive from Hacienda.
The Terms & Conditions
Prices are in Euro. Rentals of 5wks or more qualify you for discount rates. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We also require a €200 deposit which will be refunded to you on inspection of the property on completion of your stay.
