Situated in the exclusive area of Central Plaza, 2 mins walking distance to shopping centre with all kinds of amenities and 10 – 15 mins walk to Puerto Banus Port. Close to many golf courses. There are 3 community pools set in landscape gardens. The complex has 24 hour, 7 days a week security guards and video phones and coded security access. Access to pools also via wheelchair path.

Location is great for people who want to be close to the action but not right on top of it and enjoy a quiet nights sleep. We believe our apartment is one of the best on the complex as we are not overlooked like some others are and you can sunbathe upstairs in total privacy.

The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout, full air conditioning/heating. Marble floors throughout. Satellite television, fridge freezer, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine. & tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. Large open plan lounge diner. Two bedrooms – one with twin beds and one with a Superking size bed - 2 bathrooms – both with showers and bath. There is also a computer desk, hairdryer, CD player, DVD player, video player, umbrella’s and a safe for your use. There is satelite television installed which gets you many English popular channels. If you bring your sky card from home you will get additional Internet available on a pay as you use basis. Linen and towels are provided, changed after 1 week and again after 2 weeks etc...

Outside there are 3 terraces with privacy and sun all day with magnificent views over Puerto Banus, Marbella, the sea and the mountains, from the rear terraces you can see the African coast and Gibraltar on a clear day.
There is a large table and chairs on the main terrace for eating al-fresco. Two chairs off one bedroom and table and chairs off the other bedroom with room for 2 sun loungers to get the late afternoon sun with totally privacy. There is also use of an underground garage, with a direct lift to the apartment.

"One of the best places I have stayed in the Costa del sol"

I have to say that out of the many places i have stayed in Spain, this is definately one of the best. I have just returned from a 13 day stay at this appartment, I went for a winter break with my 2 children and it really was like home from home, everything is within easy walking distance and if you wish to go a little further, then it is only about 10 mins in the car or by bus to Marbella where you can shop till you drop. The area is quiet and secure, even at night and you are able to walk down to the Port area. I rented a car for the first time, so this was my first time driving in Spain, I felt very safe driving around the immediate area of the appartment,and had no problems (once I mastered what side of the road I should be driving down). Views of mountains and sea from the lounge was amazing. You can use your laptop, as there is a pay and go set up there, but not always a good connection, so had to go to internet cafe at times to look at emails, but this was not a big inconvience. All in all this place was just great
