Description: |
The properties are situated on the outskirts of Garrucha which is an old Spanish fishing village, which lies between Mojacar and Vera.Centered around the Marina are plenty of restaurants and bars to suit most tastes, but with the emphasis on seafood for which the area is renowned.In high season the Garrucha promenade has a late night market with craft stalls and gifts and is great for a stroll after a late evening meal.Stop and have a drink in one of the pavement cafe bars and watch the world go by..the Spanish do..
The duplexes are just over two thirds of a mile from the Marina and a few minutes walk to the long sandy beach (honestly!).There is English,Continental , Italian ,Spanish and fresh fish restaurants and bars over looking the Vera Player beach,so eat your meal with a real sea view..
Local activities include 5 Golf courses, watersports, deep sea diving, fishing, horse riding go-carting and there is also a water park approx. one mile away which is fun for everyone.there is even a bus that goes straight there.
Only a 45 mins drive away is Mini Hollywood where such films as The Good Bad and Ugly were made. This a great day out, watch the gun fight show have a family photo taken dressed in western theme clothes, then visit the well maintained Zoo. Take your swimwear, as the price of entry includes use of the pool which is a nice end to the day out.

Ceiling fan, free standing fan, ENGLISH TV/VIDEO/ D.V.D ...There is also a CD/ Cassette player and a selection of MUSIC and FILMS for your use along with a large selection of Books . A GAS -FIRE is supplied for the cooler evenings. Front Terrace is fenced and has beautiful plants with Table and four chairs and parasol for early morning breakfast and late night drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric fan oven/grill, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle, toasted-sandwich maker, toaster, coffee percolator, juicer ,iron and ironing board.All equipment for cooking (even a yorkshire pudding tin !) .Cool bags and plastic glasses are supplied for the Sun terrace , beach and picnics ect. There is even a Mini Fridge for your use ( with car adaptor ) for use on the Sun Terrace and picnicis on the beach for those --cold beers-- >First floor.< Comprises of two bedrooms,. The double bedroom has a full size wardrobe (with lots of hangers),2 bed side cabinets and 2 lights. A chest of draws and dressing table with draws and mirror,a large ceiling fan plus free standing fan ,also an OIL FILLED RADIATOR for cooler nights..Both bedrooms are supplied with blankets, quilts and all linen and have roller shutters at the windows. - Fitted in the Main bedroom is a DIGITAL SAFE FOR YOUR USE AND SECURITY.also a wall mounted T.V.(Satalite connected) The second bedroom has two single beds ,bed side cabinet and light .A full size wardrobe (with lots of hangers), a chest of draws and dressing table with mirror, and a wall mounted Large Mirror ,ceiling fan. plus free standing fan .
The Bathroom is fully tiled with bath/shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet, shaving point, three bathroom cabinets and two hairdryers and Hot Brush for your use. Bath and hand towels are supplied.-- And a Heated towel rail for winter use.
The roof terrace has plants and shower facility and Is fully equipped with two full size sun- loungers with cushions , two reclining chairs with cushions , small side table, six place table and four chairs with seat covers, Large parasol, BBQ, and a portable RADIO/CD player and is an ideal place to sun bathe in private, have drinks and relax in the sun over looking over the largest pool and gardens . In the evening watch the sun setting over the mountains fab.... We also supply little Tee lights and Electic Mosy zappa...to put around the sun terrace for those fun BBQ evenings. |
