Fuengirola, Benalmadena and their beaches are a 10 minute drive with supermarkets, an excellent selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. The picturesque Andalucian village of Mijas is a 5 minute drive and has many shops, a supermarket and a good selection of restaurants. The Costa del Sol has over 30 golf courses with the nearest ones being a 15 minute drive. The Lew Hoad Tennis Centre is a 5 minute drive.

A £250 deposit is required at the time of booking which will be refunded one week after departure minus any excess electricty charges over the 100Kwh allowance. The full amount is payable 8 weeks prior to travel. There is a 20% discount for rentals of 3 weeks or more from November to March. There is an additional charge if pool heating is required |
