This is a delightful and spacious villa situated on the prestigious Buenavista urbanisation in the scenic Mijas Hills. The villa has a large floodlit heated pool, garden and spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the village of Mijas. It has recently been tastefully decorated with marble floors, air conditioning, heating and quality fittings throughout. It accommodates a max of 8 with additional baby facilities. The villa comprises: large fully fitted dining kitchen, lounge and separate dining room both opening onto the patio, garden, BBQ and pool area. Downstairs bathroom with shower. The first floor has a master suite with king size bed, separate dressing area and bathroom with corner bath and shower. Patio doors lead from the bedroom onto a large south facing terrace. The 2 good sized twin rooms, both have excellent views, one with patio doors leading onto the terrace. Main bathroom with bath and shower. Internet with wireless and phone line available

Fuengirola, Benalmadena and their beaches are a 10 minute drive with supermarkets, an excellent selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. The picturesque Andalucian village of Mijas is a 5 minute drive and has many shops, a supermarket and a good selection of restaurants. The Costa del Sol has over 30 golf courses with the nearest ones being a 15 minute drive. The Lew Hoad Tennis Centre is a 5 minute drive.

Notes
Payment can be made in either British Pound or Euros. A 10% (minimum £250) deposit is required at the time of booking which will be refunded one week after departure minus any excess electricty charges over the 100Kwh allowance. The full amount is payable 8 weeks prior to travel. There is an additional charge if pool heating is required
