Description: |
Villa Santa Anna was completed in January 2005 and is finished to a high standard suited for families who require luxury accommodation. The villa is well appointed with air conditioning (warm air in winter) to all 3 bedrooms and lounge. The new furnishings are all contemporary Spanish.
The living accommodation and terrace are on one level making it ideal for all ages. There are two lovely twin bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes, a shower room and an impressive master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The master bedroom opens out onto terrace with access to the pool.
There is an open plan living area which includes lounge, dining area and kitchen. In the lounge you will find a good collection of DVDs for all tastes and age groups, plus CD collection. There is plenty of room to relax either in the lounge or on the covered terrace and watch the sun disappear behind the mountains whilst enjoying a few glasses of wine. The terrace contains an 8x4 swimming pool (heating available) with ample patio area for sunbathing, shower area, bar-b-q, outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining and sun loungers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite work tops, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and is situated beside the spacious dining area which opens onto the covered terrace. The villa also boasts a washing machine.
You will not be disappointed with the quality of the furnishings in this villa – beautiful fabric curtains, bed linen and towels – all you need to supply are pool towels.
High chairs and travel cots can be provided.
Linen and towels are provided and a welcome pack.
Pool heating and warm air heating in the winter months can be provided at an additional charge.
The bustling, yet stylish, resort of Moraira is only a ten minute drive away where you will find many good restaurants, bars and interesting shops and a marina.
Alicante and Valencia airports are approx. 60 minutes drive away with many tourist attractions close by including Terra Mitica
