It is ideally situated, being just 20 mins. from the airport, It is just 15 minutes drive from the pictuesque and vibrant village of Mijas, one of the best loved white walled villages, with its quaint cobbled strees, and its mass of shops, bars and restaurants. , 10 minutes intoFuengirola, a big seaside resort with excellent beaches and masses to see and do and is only 20 mins. away from the elegant up-market resorts of Marbella, and Puerto Banus. There are some bars, restaurants & a minimarket all within easy walking distance of this property. The apartment has underground parking , and lift which serves just 6 properties. The property is extremely spacious and sunny with a delightful aspect over golf course and mountains. The complex is fully gated and fenced, with well maintained garden and pool areas. There is an entrance hall, large and comfortable lounge with ample seating, satellite TV and 2 sets of wide patio doors to the West facing terrace, with sunbeds & gas BBQ. In addition- there is single bed in the 4th bedroom which is normally used as a store room, but which may be available by negotiation. There would be room for a cot in either the master or 2nd bedroom. All rooms are light and airy, well decorated and comfortably furnished. The apartment benefits from full airconditionaing/heating , but all bedrooms also have fans. Outside, the apartment has a large community pool with terrace with ample comfortable sun loungers. The pool is heated during the winter months. There is an underground garage parking space with direct access to the lift. In addition, there is ample parking outside the property. Please note- the apartment is Non smoking- but guests may smoke outside on the terrace. A hire car would be needed.
