A traditional Spanish style villa, tastefully furnished throughout situated in a quiet complex with delightful communal swimming pool and gardens maintained daily. Particularly suitable for families. Only 4 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes walk.

Sleeps 7-9 people.

• 4 rooms with fitted warbrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans/ventilators (1 double king size with balcony, 1 double with patio – triple if required, 1 twin, 1 single) and 2 bathrooms.

• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, hob & oven, dishwasher, washing machine, m/wave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, italian cafetiere, iron & board) with patio utility area.

• Spacious, comfortable and air conditioned lounge diner with single sofa bed, TV, DVD and CD stereo provided.

• Porch & patio with portable barbecue and furniture. Enclosed garden.
• Underground garage parking.
• Log fire, electrical and gas heater for winter lets.
• Bed linen is provided and will be changed weekly. Maid service between lets.
• Excellent supermarket round the corner within 3 min walk .
• Bus stop close by to near by towns.
• Moses basket, cot, high chair & buggy available on request.
• Pets welcome.

Gandia has a beautiful long ‘blue flag’ sandy beach with fresh water showers and a lovely promenade. It is a holiday resort with numerous shops, restaurants and amenities within walking distance (i.e. mini-golf, trampolines, children activity parks, boat rides).

Local market on Saturdays, and nearby in Oliva on Fridays. Available sporting activities include sailing, windsurfing, tennis, golf, horse riding, cycling and karting.

Nearby attractions include Aquoplolis Water Theme Park at Cullera (20km) and Vergel Safari Park (30km). Tierra Mitica and Benidorm approx. a 40 min. drive.

Valencia and Alicante airports 45mins and 1 hour drive, respectively. Transfers can be arranged on request at additional cost.
Public transport from the airport to the house by underground and then train. Very easy and very cheap. About 8Euros per person.

Nice villa in very convenient location

This is a very nice villa suitable for families. Lovely patio area with BBQ. and nice sized pool in complex. Very close to lovely beach and promenade. Also very convenient to supermarkets, restaurants and souvenir shops. Beach is first class. Very spanish resort so language may be a problem if you do not speak the language. Good for quiet and relaxing holiday,

great villa in a perfect location

Beautiful villa. Very clean both inside and out of rooms. Owner very friendly and helpful. Beach was great and all ameneties were very close. Will probably be back next year..
