This apartment in the brand new Duquesa Suites golf and gardens complex has an enviable position with views over landscaped gardens and poolsto the sea,with a large 30 sq mtr terrace that receives the sun all day.
The inside of the apartment is beautifully furnished with full air conditioning and heating should it be required for the cooler months
The lounge has a tv and dvd player with a sofa and sofa bed.The main double bedroom is en-suite with a jacuzzi bath/shower,and the second twin bedroom has a separate family bath/shower room.
The kitchen has everything you should expect while you are on holiday including cooker,dishwasher,micowave,fridge/freezer with a separate utility room that has a washing machine.
Outside the apartment it is less than a 10 minute walk to the many bars and restaurants at the lovely marina of La Duquesa,and if you play golf the complex is surrounded by La Duquesa golf course and there is another 30 courses within a thirty minute drive .
