Description: |
First floor air-conditioned apartment within Reserva del Higueron complex which lies between Benalmadena and Fuengirola. The accommodation comprises two twin bedrooms - one with en-suite bathroom. The apartment will comfortably accommodate six people (extra sofa bed in lounge). There is also a second bathroom with separate shower and W.C.
The large lounge-dining room is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and includes satellite t.v. with all UK channels, DVD player, large sofa plus double sofa bed, dining table with seating for six. Leading from the lounge is a covered dining terrace with a large patio with table with seating for six. There is a very large terrace (85m) with sun loungers and a swinging hammock. The terrace has views of the surrounding mountains. There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven and ample crockery and cooking utensils.
There is a leisure centre on the complex with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, jacuzzi, beauty salons, tennis courts, restaurant and bar available at extra charge.
There are also two outdoor pools set in beautifully lanscaped gardens.
The country club is set in a quiet location and well comunicated with easy access to the motorway and bus and rail transport. Malaga airport is twenty minutes away by car. Car hire is recomended.
There are 25 golf courses all within easy reach.
Close by is the pretty village of Benalmadema Pueblo, with its narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses, where there are many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
The popular resorts of Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Benalmadena Costa with its award winning marina, sandy beaches, shopping centre, bars and restaurants are all within three miles of the apartment.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are 30 minutes away by car
