Stairs to first floor, 1 double bedroom & full ensuite bathroom, sun terrace with views towards San Antonio.
Further accommodation in a separate apartment, 1 double bedroom,fully tiled bathroom and small kitchen area.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine.
The villa has ceiling fans.
Outside, the villa is set in an enclosed mature mediterranean garden with palms. A large tiled patio area with barbecue for dining al fresco. Beautiful private 8x4 pool with roman steps and a shaded poolside gazebo.
There is t.v with cable offering channels english, french & german.
Linen & towels are provided. ( not pool/beach towels )
Situated in a lovely residential area with other villas, only 5 minutes drive to the Arenal beach, a lovely bay with golden sand & shallow water ( ideal for children ) lined with bars, restraunts & shops & in the evenings lined with market stalls. A choice of several great beaches Are all within 5 minutes drive, fantastic rocky coves great for snorkelling or simply enjoying the stunning scenery.
Arrival & departure days are flexible.
