Description
If its peace & quiet with great comfort in a relaxing enviornment is what you are after, then look no further. This luxury 3 large bedroomed villa with private pool sleeps eight people. Sun terrace & outdoor shower with fabulous views overlooking 16th green & fairway of the championship golf course at The Mosa Golf & Sports Resort, Murcia, SE villa has a large private garden and terrace area with private parking at the front & side of the house. It is fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standard. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two bunk beds (sleeping 8 in total comfort). There are also 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen & spacious living area. There is also a TV with DVD Player. Its only a very short walk to the plush Club house which is a nice social area with excellient food & wine.

Location to Airports:
A leisurely 50 minute drive from Alicante airport on the moterway or only 15 mins. from San Zavier, Murcia Airport. The new Corvera International Airport which opens in q4 2012 is onlt 10 mins drive from Mosa.

The local Area :
The historical city of Murcia is a short 15 minute drive. This fashionable city has great shopping (El Corte Ingles, Zara, Mango etc) and countless kerbside bars and restaurants and there are also plenty of historical sites to visit. Murcia was featured recently in The Sunday Times "Undiscovered Jewels Of Europe" series.
15 mins away at the coast is San Javier, a traditional Spanish sea side resort and spa on The Mar Menor while the Costa Blanca coastline dotted with sandy beaches and the blue sea of the Med is just 20 minutes drive. The world health orginisation has recently crowned this small pocket of Spain as the healthiest place to live in Europe.


The Golf :
For the golfers, this stunning 18 Hole Championship course now in play has two distinct 9 hole themes and is an exciting chalange. There is also a terrific 9 hole par 3 golf course in play. There is a 60% DISCOUNT ON GOLF GREEN FEES FOR HOUSE GUESTS (A huge saving for anyone interested in golf) to play golf on this magnificent course as the Villa has full golf rights for four people. Approx charge per person is approx €30 with drive on buggy an additional €20 if required.

A drink or a nice meal in the fabulous Parador Restruant is a real treat after your game of golf.

The beautiful Club House (3 minutes walk from villa) is a popular social meeting place for resort residents and visitors. It has the gourmet Parador Restaurant and snack bar. Open all day and night Ralph & Billy Hartung and award winning German Chef Sasha will wine & dine you with the finest European food and local fresh produce. Security :
There is good security at the resort.

Also in the immediate vicinity are 2 petrol station mini-markets, plus "ventas" selling meat and produce etc. The San Antonio and Airemar Ventas are also close by restaurants - same as the Ventas in the nearby village of Banos y Mendigo.
