This lovely brand new fully air-conditioned, luxury ground floor apartment is light and airy. It is suitable for all the family and is easily accessible to those with mobility problems.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people and is only a 10 minute stroll to the internationally famous Villamartin Plaza, which has over 30 shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. For all the familys needs and for sun-seekers the beautiful safe and sandy blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig are a 10 minute drive away. For avid golfers the VIllamartin Golf Complex is next to the Plaza and there are also three other well-known golf courses nearby.
ACCOMODATION.
The living and dining rooms of this spacious apartment are furnished to a high standard with a comfortable three-seater double sofa bed, 2 matching armchairs,a double sofa, coffee table, sideboard, and a modern pine dining room table with four chairs. There are a further six folding chairs for extra seating. There is also digital satellite television with30 English channels, including Sky Sport and 17 radio channels.The room has a ceiling fan and both hot and cold air-conditioning.
Hot and cold air-conditioning in EVERY room in the apartment enables you to enjoy lovely cool air in the hot weather and excellent heating during cooler times.
For extra chilly toes there are also two large portable oil-filled radiators in the apartment.
THE KITCHEN
is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, hob, oven, extractor fan, combi-microwave, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, juicer and a full set of saucepans and dishes.
BEDROOM ONE has matching twin beds, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobes and a large chest of drawers. There is also a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. BEDROOM TWO also has matching twin beds, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
BATHROOM ONE is en-suite to bedroom one. It is fully tiled, with a toilet, washbasin and vanity unit, large mirror, and a very large WALK-IN SHOWER BATHROOM TWO is fully tiled, with a bidet, toilet, wasbasin and vanity unit with a large mirror. There is a full sized bath with an over bath shower.
LINEN
All bed linen and towels, except for beach towels, are provided.
OUTSIDE The spacious balcony overlooks the landscaped garden and has a patio table, chairs and beach umbrella allowing you to eat or relax outside whilst enjoying the sun. The enormous roof top solarium, three floors above, is accessed by the stairs or by the lift.
There are beautiful views of the residents communal swimming pool, the sea and the countryside beyond.
The large communal swimming pool, childrens pool and sunbathing area set in landscaped gardens are 100 yards from the apartment.
PARKING is provided at the side of the apartment building in the residents car park
SECURITY Gated community. The front door is protected by a high security lock and wrought iron lockable gate that maximises security. There is a programmable intruder alarm with infra red motion sensors in all the rooms. There is a wall mounted fire extinguisher in the kitchen and smoke detectors in every room

IN THE LOCAL AREA. Available locally are tennis courts, go-karting, horse riding, sailing and scuba diving.
FOR FAMILY FUN
there is also the Water Park of "Aquopolis", open from June through September, in Torrevieja, 10 minutes drive away. The activities there include a wave macine, water slides and river rapids. Just north of Alicante, a 40 minute drive away, is the Theme Park of "Terra Mitica" (The Land of Myths). The town of Torrevieja, is a 15 minute drive away and is renowned for its shops, long sandy beaches, beautiful esplanade and Marina. The area surrounding the town is internationally known for its two salt lakes and conservation areas with flamingos.
PRICES PRICES ARE FOR 1 WEEK =7 NIGHTS and for 2 WEEKS= 14 NIGHTS
IN ADDITION
. In addition there is a one off cleaning and laundry charge of 50 euros per stay of whatever duration .This is for 4 people occupying the apartment, there is an additional charge of 5 euros per stay if the sofa bed is used.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE Arrival and departure times are flexible. Arrival and departure days are flexible./ DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required on booking.
The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before occupancy with a returnable key and damage deposit of £100. For all bookings by people under 25 years of age the key and damage deposit required will be £200.
For any bookings made less than 8 weeks before occupancy date full payment, including the key and damage deposit, will be required.
The key and damage deposit will be refunded in full subject to ALL KEYS being returned NO DAMAGE having being done and NO EXCESS CLEANING required.
The owners accept no liability for injury due to third parties or the loss of any valuables or other insurable items.
GUESTS ARE ADVISED TO TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE

Special notes The prices stated are for 4 people per week There is a supplement of £20 per week if the double soafa bed is used. There is a one off cleaning and preparation charge payable to the keyholder on arrival, in cash, of 50 euros per stay.. We are also able to arrange transfers to and from both airports, the hire of cots and baby equipment, and welcome packs. For those who would like to hire bikes to explore on two wheels instead of four we are able to arrange this for you. Bikes with child seats are also available for hire. Do not hesitate to contact us for details. For your comfort ,in the apartment ,we have also provided a food and drinks cooler with ice packs ,sun loungers, beach mats and a beach parasol with stand to make your days out more enjoyable. |
