Located in the heart of downtown Santander across the
street from the city hall (Ayuntamiento). It is a 5-minute walk to the bay (Bahia), and a short and beautiful 15-minute walk to the nearest beach along the bay. There are plenty public buses and public bikes to get around the city, and nearby are a ton of restaurants and shops.

The apartment is 75 sq. meters of hardwood floors. Which includes 2 bedrooms, a large living room (with a futon sofa/mattress), a bathroom, a kitchen, an office that includes FREE internet, a computer, a telephone for local calls only, and a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking including a microwave and a washing machine.

The apartment is located in a very quiet building (day and night) and a wonderful place to relax. The environment is very comfortable, homey, and clean and it has a ton of natural sunlight. There is no elevator, but it is an easy walk-up to the 5th floor. It has an indoor garden facing the stairwell that is lined with plants and flowers and is well lit with natural sunlight. The apartment has lots of character and a spacious distribution. It would be a wonderful place to stay for any traveler.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is fully equipped with a place to put away your clothes and with a TV. The bed is an extremely comfortable, top quality large bed (queen/150 cm wide) for two adults. The bedroom has a nightshade to close the skylight, if you prefer to sleep in darkness. The second bedroom is slightly smaller and is very comfortable and is also fully equipped. The bed is 120 cm that can also fit two adults.

The apartment is located in the heart of old downtown Santander (one of the very few areas that scaped the great fire of the 40's), and right in front the City Hall with great connections to anywhere in the city through public transportation. The street where the building is located is semi-pedestrian, meaning you can drive through(slowly) but not park. However, you can stop for a few minutes at the main door to drop/pick your baggage. Free street parking is available a few blocks away.
